Gerry held Irish Ful Contact Kick Boxing Mugendo Title and represented Irelands national full contact kick boxing team in mid 1990's.

Gerry with 26 years self defense martial arts experience was the 4th person ever out of 1000's of students who trained in the Mugendo Kick Boxing System to be awared the prestigious Mugendo Bodyguard Shield and Certification by Professor George Canning after Gerry graded for his 4th Dan Black Belt in Mugendo & excelled himself in real world self defense  street encounters.

Krav Maga expert & trainer of elite special operations units in the I.D.F. featured on "Human Weapon Krav Maga History Channel famous Martial Arts Documentary' Itay Gil has trained Gerry in Krav Maga & Gerry is Certified Tactical Krav Maga Instructor in Itay Gil Krav Maga Fight Style under Carl Halley Head Instructor Tactical Krav Maga Australia.

Gerry has also trained several years out of his 26 years training in self defense contact martial arts in other fighting styles such as Kyoshinkai Karate, Wado Ryu, Shotokan, Tae Kwon Do, and White Dragon Pai Lum Kung Fu.

Jean Yves Theriault Kick Boxing Undefeated  World Professional Champion for 15 years from 70s - 90s, Gerry spent 1993 - 1994 training in Ottawa Canada taking lessons & watching "The Ice Man" World Champion Jean Yves Theriault prepare for his famous full contact kick boxing bout in Montreal against Rick Rofous, at Therrian JuJitsu Vanier Ottawa and also training in Shihan Jean Therrain reality self defense JuJitsu system, along side many specialist RCMP officers, LEO Officers, & Maximum Security Prison Offers learning from real life hardcore experience instructors.

Muay Thai boxing Gerry spent 2005 year training with famous respected trainer of  World Champions of Muay Thai Arajan Master Pramote Hamooke in Nong Kee Payuath Muay Thai Boxing School in Nong Ki Burriram, and also in Sityodthong Muay Thai Boxing Camp Pattaya.
